These programs are hosted independently by our partner coaches. While Midweek Motion provides the platform to connect you, all registrations, event logistics, and payments are managed directly by the coaches on their respective websites. D1 All Sports Camp
Instructed by the D-1 Training staff who specialize in the proper training of movement necessary for a variety of athletic endeavors, this camp will focus on developing strength, speed, agility, and conditioning that can be used for a variety of sports. Campers should wear athletic shoes and clothes, and bring a snack and a water bottle.
Ages: 6-10
Days: Tuesday-Friday
Times: 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

D1 JR Flag Football Camp
Ran by the same great staff who run the D-1 All Sports Camp, this camp will focus on skills and drills with an emphasis on flag football player development. This will be a fun and exciting camp appropriate for newcomers to the sport of Flag Football as well as veterans who are looking to gain an edge on their competition. Campers should wear athletic shoes and clothes, and bring a snack and a water bottle.

Days: Monday-Thursday
Times: 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
